Act 4 - El Dicastes

Quest

To access El Dicastes, you must have item (2782) which can be collected via New World quests. You must use it to talk to the different NPCs. Once access has been unlocked on a character, it will no longer be necessary to use it.

You must also be at least level 80 to complete the quest.

Items consumed: 35 Manuk Coin

Step 1: Join Manuk's army

You need to talk to the Soldier (manuk 320/183) and ask him for information about the recruiting Manuk army.

Talk to the General (man_in01 384/56) of manuk who will ask you for 35 Manuk Coin to join the team. You can collect them by doing quests for the people of Manuk.

Return to the navi (manuk,320,183,Soldier,450) which will give you access to Scaraba Hall. From this point on, you can unlock the explorer for this dungeon.

Step 2: Enter El Dicastes

Pass through Scaraba Hall, and you will find yourself in the plains of El Dicastes. To the south you can start hunting the Dolomedes, to the north you have two Guard (dic_fild01 146/279) to corrupt. One of them will ask you to collect an item (6151) in the plains of El Dicastes so that he can offer it to his wife. 

Look for the pink stones in the plains to the south and try your luck to collect the stone.

When you have collected an item (6151) you must return and give it to the guards who will let you pass.

From this moment on, access to El Dicastes will be unlocked on the master account associated with the character (If you do the quest for a comrade, they will have access via the Warper)

Step 3: Access to Scaraba Hall

Talk to the General (dic_in01 134/279) located in the tower north of the city. You must use elevator (dic_in01 46/286) to get to the Situation Room.

The General will ask you to hunt Scaraba eggs. You have One Horned Egg and Two Horned Egg. You will receive a random quest.

When the hunt is done, the General will give you an item (40056).

You can now access level 2 of the Dungeon via Door (dic_dun01 290/105) . Kick a InsectNest (dic_dun02 215/209) to bring out the queen. You have 30 minutes to undo it. 

Subsequently, you can recover an item (6437) in the nest. You must bring it back to the General who will give you an item (40057) to continue hunting the Scaraba Queens at level 3.

You will also receive 13 200 000 experience points.
